Refund policy
ESTELES LONDON does not offer a refund policy.
It is strongly recommended that you understand the size chart before placing the order.
Allow yourself extra time to measure your body parts accordingly before deciding which size to order. A body measurement diagram can be sent to you when required. Please get in touch for more info on this.
ESTELES LONDON is committed to provide the services agreed throughout the completion cycle.
Any service or product purchased from Esteles London will be handled and processed accordingly using professionalism and commitment.
The products from Esteles London are made to order; a service of which we instruct our suppliers/manufacturers to process once the funds have cleared within our banking system.
This process cannot be reversed; therefore
.PLEASE NOTE; the lead-time or order process stated online and on the invoice; is the maximum time in which your item should be made available for collection OR shipped out for delivery.
Only when formally stated otherwise subject to discussion with the customer; do these terms change to an alternate agreed date.
Due to a ‘handmade’ manufacturing process; the individual item created will have its uniqueness in certain areas of detail, colour shade, stitches, lace pattern and bead/diamante work. We do not guarantee that the item will be as of exact duplicate of the item shown on display/on screen.
We can assure that a high level of sophistication will be applied when creating the product for a very close replica of the shown item.
Orders can be cancelled subject to the following conditions; –
– The customer must write to us within the 24 hour time-period after the confirmation/purchase of the order.
– Items can be exchanged for a different item or for store credit subject to the following conditions; –
– The customer must email/write to us within the 24 hour time-period after receiving/signing upon delivery of the item. –
– The customer is allowed to make one exchange subject to the notice period. (PLEASE NOTE; a new lead time may be added to the order when exchanging) –
– The customer will be liable for shipping back the item using a reliable courier service within a 24 hours of when the return was agreed by us. A tracking number must be provided to us when the item is shipped back.
– The item must be returned in the exact same condition as originally shipped out.
All sale items, reduced price items and customized items do not qualify for an exchange or a refund.
Order cooling off period:
If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done in writing either on WhatsApp or email to info@esteleslondon.com within 24 hours of your initial purchase time. If you decide to cancel during this time a 20% refund fee will be applicable. Please contact us for more information.
