Shipping policy

We offer multiple shipping methods including Royal Mail, Hermes and Parcel Force.

Please note, if we are experiencing delays orders can take up to 5 working days to be processed before being shipped, even if it’s described as 2-3 working days.
A tracking number can be provided to you on request.

Orders that have been purchased with a ‘next working day’ or ‘Saturday guaranteed’ service, will be processed and shipped the same day if the purchase is completed before 1pm on the day.

For orders from outside of the UK;

We will select the most suitable and safest option of courier service subject to what companies are available for delivery in your destination country.

USA and Canada – 5-7 Business Days
European union – 4-5 Business Days

PLEASE NOTE: You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided.

Esteles London does not offer a refund policy; if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Pre-orders

Please note, if you order a pre-order item it is because it has sold out and therefore, we will instruct manufactures to create your order for you subject to the delivery time stated on the product page. Pre-order dates are accurate 90% of the time, but they are estimates. Majority of times the delivery times are faster than the stated time frames on the product page. We will inform you if your order is available before the stated time frame.
